Shipping and Returns
All orders process and ship within 2-3 business days, unless otherwise noted in the description of the product. We primarily ship through USPS. After leaving our facility, USPS typically delivers in 2-5 business days. You will receive an email notification from us that contains tracking information once your order has been shipped.
If Customs charges occur, please note that the buyer (you) is 100% responsible for the fees. Lillet Loft is not responsible for customs charges. Please note that International orders can take up to 4 weeks to arrive after they are shipped since all orders must pass through customs. If you have any problems with your order, please contact us at email@example.com so that we can make it right. We want to make sure you’re happy with our service and will try our hardest to resolve any issues.
REFUND / EXCHANGES
Lillet Loft will gladly accept returns on unopened/ unused orders placed within 30 days. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to coordinate. Customer is responsible for shipping costs to return unopened/ unused items. If a product arrives broken or damaged, we are happy to send a replacement. In order to be qualified for an item replacement, a photograph as proof of the damage/defect item is required.
